Pay Rate: $33/Hour
Full-Time Position

Qualifications:
·         must have current LPN license
·         must have physical and PPD completed within the last 12 months
·         must have 1 year working experience within a nursing home facility
·         must have reliable transportation
·         must be able to pass background check and drug test
 
Required Education:
·         High school or equivalent
Required experience:
·         Nursing Care Facility: 1 year
Required license or certification:
·         LPN
