Location: Anywhere in the US! This is a full-time, salaried, permanently remote position. Team members in the Poughkeepsie, NY area also have the option to work in our office.
Work Hours: Eastern time zone (with some flexibility)

Consult with Sales to help scope & define projects, outlining deliverables, timelines, & costs
Build & maintain strong, effective communication with clients & team members
Make sure all project objectives, strategies, and business requirements are defined & documented
Create & manage project plans & timelines
Manage client expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle
Prior experience in ecommerce is a must! It can be at an agency, merchant, or tech vendor, but industry experience is our #1 requirement.
2-3 years of Project Management experience
Experience with one or more of these ecommerce platforms:
Magento
Shopify or Shopify Plus
BigCommerce
Proven knowledge and experience with an established PM framework (like Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE, PMP, etc.)
Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects
Working knowledge of Project Management tools like Agile trackers, Jira & Jira Service Desk
Experience managing developers
Experience working remotely
Skilled in strategic thinking, business, & technical planning, particularly as it applies to software development
